螺旋提升機概述

    該系列輸送、提升機是為輔助計量、包裝設備而設計的。設備的設計完全參照和符合國家相關機械標準，能滿足食品、種子、化工、農藥等行業的技術要求。適用于對顆粒、散狀、粉狀等不同特性物料的輸送和提升。
    螺旋提升機進料端可設計排水裝置，螺旋提升機可設計CIP清洗裝置，螺旋提升機采用無級調速，方便聯線，是輸送各類粉、粒狀和塊狀（如食品、制藥、煤炭、化工產品、糧食作物、礦產等)的理想設備。
    螺旋提升機的驅動功率小,炭黑斗式提升機采用流入式喂料、誘導式卸料、大容量的料斗密集型布置，螺旋提升機在物料提升時幾乎無回料和挖料現象,因此無效功率少。 螺旋輸送機是利用電機帶動螺旋回轉，推動物料以實現輸送的機械，它能水平，傾斜或垂直輸送，是輸送各種粉粒料的理想設備。
