PZJ-5A拍擊篩原理：
電機帶動齒輪通過同步帶傳動到主軸上，經齒輪變速后主軸按要求的轉速轉動，主軸帶動偏心輪使滑板做往復運動，帶動安裝在滑板托盤中的試驗篩左右搖動，同時主軸帶動頂桿齒輪轉動，變速后頂桿齒輪通過凸輪頂擊頂桿，頂桿使拍錘上下拍擊試驗篩上蓋，使得試驗篩、分樣篩中的物料往復和上下振動，使小于試驗篩篩面網孔的物料顆粒篩分進下層試驗篩，如此層層篩選，使每層試驗篩內只留相同粒度的物料。達到不同粒度的分離并確定此物料的粒度組成。
Working principles

1、傳動準確，一致性好：由于采用齒輪帶動同步帶傳動，轉速比準確，不會產生一般三角帶的掉速現象（三角帶有3%的掉速率），使每一次相同時間下的篩分運動相一致（齒輪的傳動比準確率99.99%），同時設備安裝了數字定時器，設定好時間后到時自動停機保證檢驗或生產的一致性要求。
2、壽命長、維修、維護成本低：由于兩齒輪沒有直接接觸不會磨損，同步帶與齒輪的接觸適應性好壽命長，維修時只需更換同步帶，同時偏心輪組采用了整體方式，再次安裝準確方便，轉動部分采用軸承（標準件），不易磨損，成本低，易更換。降低了維修的技術要求和成本。
3、篩分效率高：這種篩分方式使篩分時同時具備往復和拍擊振動兩種運動，不會堵塞篩面，下料快，篩分徹底。
4、潔凈：由于采用了這種傳動方式不需加油，降低了維護成本和保護了環境，對生產環境要求潔凈十分有利。
