DZSF直線振動篩（直線篩）產品概述

    DZSF系列直線振動篩簡稱直線篩，是一種用雙振動電機驅動的通用型振動篩分設備。裝備的兩臺振動電機做同步、反向旋轉時，其偏心塊所產生的激振力在平行于電機軸線方向的合力相互抵消，而在垂直于電機軸方向的合力在偏心塊同向時達到最大，因此該系列振動篩的運動軌跡為一直線。兩電機軸相對篩面有一傾角，在激振力和物料自重力的合力作用下，物料在篩面上被拋起跳躍式向前作直線運動，從而達到對物料進行篩選和分級的目的。
     DZSF系列直線振動篩適用于粒度在0.074-5mm,含水量小于7%、無粘性的各種干式粉狀物料的篩分,最大給料粒度一般不大于10mm。 該系列振動篩也可以進行液體的過濾篩分作業，多用于污水處理，亦可以用于較大顆粒的煤粉類物料的篩分，在進行較大物料處理時，篩體厚度需加厚，電機功率需加大，換裝沖孔篩板作為篩網等。詳細情況，請咨詢我公司技術人員。
